2004 Façade Grant Applications

Warren Main Street is currently accepting applications for the 2004 façade grant funding. Applicants will complete the façade grant application, submit an estimate for the cost of the project and a letter of intent. The grant will pay 50% of project costs up to $2500.00 for a single storefront or up to $3750 for multiple connecting storefronts.

Street Scape Program
Warren Main Street received $20,000 to begin the design phase of this comprehensive Street Scape Project that includes new lights, streets, sidewalks, and other amenities.


		The Design Committee works on the visual aspects of downtown redevelopment. Everything you see from buildings to trees and flowers, signs, sidewalks and lights. Chair: Alec Conarro

		The Economic Development Committee works to assist existing businesses and to recruit new businesses into the area. This committee meets the first Thursday of each month at 5:30pm at 310 Second Avenue Chair: Harvey Stone

		The Promotions committee meets the first Tuesday of each month at 8am at the Main Street office, 310 Second Avenue in Warren. This committee is active in promoting downtown events and businesses. Chair: Annamarie DiCiembre-Miller. 814.723.5760 or virgann@westpa.net

		The Organization Committee is the heart and soul of the Main Street program. This committee produces an annual budget, provides strategic planning and is in charge of fundraising, membership and volunteer training! Chair: Jennifer Rossey
